„Aviators“ – this is the inspiration source for BRACHMANN’s Spring | Summer 2018 Women’s & Men’s Collection between classic and avant-garde. Clean cuts focusing on innovation of details, monochrome designs with subtle colour contrasts through twisted grainlines, layerings as well as mould parting lines emphasize the collection’s architectural impression and minimalistic elegance.

For this season, the label has created its first ever women’s capsule collection, which is inspired by both Brachmann’s own stylistic elements as well as the aviation pioneer Amelia Earhart. The capsule-collection women is a take on the label’s design DNA, that refines the masculine post-classic’s details and edged silhouettes for the more organic feminine physique and the women’s wear classics without denying the inspiration in men’s wear. The collection’s colours reflect the aviators’ transcending experience between ground and sky and span from white and iridescent shades of blue to grey and anthracite. The fabrics made from natural fibres vary from cotton, linen, and wool for shirts, pants, suits, and vests, ultrafine merino wool for knitwear pullovers and polos, to gabardine and water proofed cotton for coats and jackets.
